I could not WAIT until I could put Sierra's hair in pigtails so I know just how you feel. Congrats! This is a big moment for ya!
I somehow missed this post earlier. Hmm, who knows? I have to say that the pigtails are so cute! Did she grab a hold of them or did she let them be?
